Shady 'Chad' Chahoud is a MN licensed broker specializing in single family residential homes as well as Multi-family Rental Units. Shady has been in the business since 2009 and not only owns and manages his own rental units but also manages properties for businesses and/or individuals who want to own rental properties but do not have the time to manage the day to day operations.
Starmax Property Management was created because Shady and his business partner could not find a company who would manage their properties with the same care and concern as the owners. No matter if it is a property he owns or one he manages, Shady treats every tenant and every property as if it is his own.

Shady has a team of maintenance individuals ready to fix, replace or repair any problem that may arise, keeping repairs done quickly.
